** Guests are to check-in at our Guest Relations Office upon arrival, where one of our staff will welcome them and show guests to their respective accommodation. Note that our Guest Relations office closes at 4pm. Should any of your guests anticipate to check in after hours, they can ask for the Venue Manager on duty for assistance with check-in.
